Crain’s recognizes Bosch as one of the healthiest employers in Michigan

Bosch has been named on the Honor Roll of the 2012 Michigan’s Healthiest Employers program. Presented by Crain’s Detroit Business, in partnership with MiBiz, Priority Health and Healthiest Employers LLC, the award recognizes companies throughout Michigan whose policies, programs, and culture create healthy employees and healthy workplaces.

When applying for the award, Bosch presented its company-wide health platform, the “be well” program that features on-site activities such as health biometric screenings, assessments, and counseling, annual flu shots, health education “lunch and learn” seminars, and distribution of quarterly “Health Matters” newsletters, as well as 100% reimbursement for participation in Weight Watchers programs, discounts to the Jenny Craig program, subsidized “balanced choice” meal options in cafeterias and much more.
