That depends entirely on your qualifications, your previous experience and your goals for the future. We do have people on board from completely offbeat career backgrounds. But we are primarily interested in people with engineering backgrounds.
As a rule, we try to promote executives from within our own ranks. There are, of course, always positions which we are happy to also fill with individuals from outside Bosch.

We advertise all openings on our job board. This is why we ask that you respond directly to an actual advertisement. If you are unable to find a suitable position, you can assume that there are currently no openings in the area you are interested in. But that can change from one day to the next.
You are welcome to make your application accessible via our global applicant pool. That means our recruiters can view the applicant profile that you have created and contact you regarding suitable positions. The more detailed your profile, the better your chances of being contacted with an offer.
Double-check that you have not forgotten any documents. These include a compelling covering letter, a comprehensive resume in tabular form, your latest references as well as bachelor’s, master’s or any other degree certificates. Graduates from EU universities must also include their Transcript of Records, ECTS credits and diploma supplement. Evidence of any work experience should also be included.
Take some time to consider what your core competencies are, what you expect from the position, what your goals are, and why you would be a good fit for the position and with Bosch. Also note questions that you would like to ask during the interview.
