Rotational Development Program

Your first step

Jump-start your career at Bosch. Experience different locations, divisions, and countries within just two years! Our Rotational Development Program is a 24-month program with four 6-month rotations. You will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, as well as a peer mentor to help guide you through the program. You will also gain leadership exposure through networking events and targeted training.

Content

You take the lead. You will work with your executive mentor to custom design a program that fits your development and our business needs. Four rotations give you the opportunity to experience cross divisional and cross functional assignments and one of your four rotations is a six month international assignment!

Our Rotational Development Program puts you on the fast track for professional and leadership opportunities throughout Bosch. The program is available for the following majors:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Computer Science/Engineering
  • Supply Chain
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Marketing
  • Human Resources

What distinguishes you

Rotational Development Program Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
  • 3.0 Cumulative GPA minimum 
  • Minimum of one completed internship/co-op experience, or at least six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Geographically mobile: candidates must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S. and complete an international assignment 
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bosch does not offer visa sponsorship for any of the positions under this program
