The Rotational Development Program caters to Master's and Bachelor's graduates.
Ideally, participants have recently completed their studies or are in the process of finishing their final thesis or exams. Alternatively, they may have already gained initial job experience.
The program provides systematic preparation for leadership roles in the company. Accordingly, you should not only have in-depth knowledge of your field of study (an excellent academic record, internships or relevant experience), but above all a willingness to take on responsibility and executive duties.
Within the scope of both programs, high-caliber potentials receive hands-on training to assume executive roles in our company.
Total duration: 24 months; four cross-functional, cross-divisional assignments, one of these can be abroad.
Your mentor and your HR partner will support you to find an appropriate positions after finishing your program.
We reward the commitment of our associates with compensation in line with market conditions and individual performance. What’s more, we offer a wealth of additional benefits and further training options.
There are no application deadlines for our rotational program. New participants are accepted as needed throughout the year. Our recruiting starts in the fall of the previous year.
There is no predefined start dates for the program. Though, in order to increase the networking opportunities with your peers during the orientation phase, we try to align dates for several candidates to start together.
