Bosch Junior Managers Program

If you are interested in a career in international management, Bosch’s Junior Managers Program is designed for you. Our unique approach will motivate you to perform at your peak and teach you what you need to know in order to thrive as a future executive at Bosch.


Bosch's Junior Managers Program is a 24-month rotational assignment for Master’s-level candidates. Rotations are custom designed to meet business demands, and will prepare you for cross-functional and cross-divisional opportunities. Assignments will be in varied work environments in the U.S. and internationally, including technical centers, corporate offices, and manufacturing facilities. Bosch will help you choose the right combination of assignments that align with our business demands and your interests and skills.

Our Junior Managers Program puts you on the fast track for professional and leadership opportunities throughout Bosch. The program is available for the following majors:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Computer Science / Engineering
  • Supply Chain
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Marketing
  • Human Resources

Examples of rotations within the Junior Managers Program include:


Engineering track

As an engineering associate, you’ll be engaged in key initiatives within safety, emissions, fuel consumption, driving comfort, and alternative energy. You’ll work in an organization dedicated to innovative research and development, consistently investing in R&D at a rate far above industry average. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in disciplines ranging from program management, product engineering, applications engineering, test engineering, quality or manufacturing engineering.

Finance track

As a finance/accounting associate, you’ll enjoy challenging work experiences and gain high-level exposure as you rotate through finance departments at one of the largest privately held companies in the world. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in disciplines ranging from accounting (cost and managerial), financial reporting, internal auditing, manufacturing cost analysis, product pricing, or forecasting.

  • Master’s degree acquired within the last 36 months
  • 3.2 cumulative GPA
  • Minimum of one completed internship/co-op, or at least six months of full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study
  • Geographic mobility; candidates must be willing to relocate multiple times within the U.S. and potentially complete an international assignment
  • Authorization to work in the United States (Bosch does not offer visa sponsorships for any of the positions under this program)
